Trojan Fund-a-thon Dates:

Needing funds for our Trojan Fund-a-thon to provide items for the school!

This is a our big once a year opportunity to raise funds. This YEAR the Fundraiser will once again allow students to collect INDIVIDUAL, CORPORATE MATCHING, and BUSINESS DONATIONS!

PTSA Project:
We met our goal and purchased safety mats for the gymnasium walls logoed in school colors.  The cost is $3,500.  See picture below.

THANK YOU TO ALL THAT DONATED last few years as we completed the outdoor lunch room and the water fountain bottle refiller.

TEACHER FUNDS PROGRAM for every Teacher at Carnage:
Additional funds are needed to provide EVERY TEACHER money to be used for classroom needs AND the opportunity to apply for grants (a new program this year)!  The more that we collect, the higher reimbursement teachers may receive for supplies and grants!​


Additional funding up to $20,000 will go to the following:
  • Staff Classroom Supply Reimbursement of $50 per teacher 
  • Staff Mini Grants 
  • Staff appreciation and Bus Driver Appreciation events /gifts 
  • Cultural Artist performers - Burning Coal Theatre presents Shakescenes ​
  • Trojan PRIDE Positive Behavior Programming
  • Landscape and Gardening
  • Technology
  • General School Improvement Projects
  • So many other amazing PTSA clubs, programs, and more!!!!

Individual Donations: Quickest Way to Earn Large Sums of Money!
  1. E-mail Friends and family your grade, last name of your Homeroom teacher, your name, and the Trojan  Fund-a-thon Website link:  https://carnagemiddleptsa.weebly.com/trojan-fund-a-thon.html 
  2. Check back with friends, family to see if they are able to make a donation.  Ask them to forward you the e-mail or find out the amount to keep track of the levels you earn.

 Individuals with Corporate Matchings 
  1. Invite individuals that work for corporations to enter an Individual and Corporate Matching Combo Donation. Provide the 503b non-profit organization number:    Our Carnage PTSA Tax Exempt ID# 56-1670277 entitled PTA North Carolina Congress.
  2. Note:   DO NOT donate to Carnage Magnet School.   If you do not see the above organization wit tax number, please reach out here with questions:  [email protected]  We often just need to activate our account for your company!
  3. Check back with friends, family to see if they are able to make a donation.  Ask them to forward you the e-mail or find out the amount to keep track of the levels you earn and fill out this form:  https://tinyurl.com/23trojanCorporateMatch

Business Donations
  1. Print the student_business_donation_form.pdf  (https://tinyurl.com/yxdf2e9j)  and distribute to smaller business owners providing the information needed in the blanks. 
  2. Or download the form, fill in the blanks, and email/mail the document to businesses. (https://tinyurl.com/EditBusinessFormPTSA​). Chains often have to go through Corporate channels, so ask locally owned locations or family and friends that own a business throughout the world.  Important: Any changes you make directly on the form in the link will be seen by all! Please download the form first! 
  3. Check back with businesses receiving the student sponsor business donations form, to see if they are able to make a donation.  Ask them to forward you the e-mail or find out the amount to keep track of the levels you earn.
