For those of you that took the magical journey to read:
- All students that participated will be able to vote on the distribution of the funds throughout the 2021-2022 School year to various Carnage projects.
- Prizes will be distributed by the end of the 1st semester as the student team evalutates the google reading forms. Specific information will be provided here.
For the PTSA Read-a-thon Team Action Items:
- The team will be creating a Google Form for students to suggest areas where potential funding may go.
- Create a sign up genius for the funding.
- Reach out to a corporation to see if it will provide funding. This will allow us to double the funds to $1,000 total.
- The team will evaluate the individual reading log forms, make a list of students that achieved the reading goal, and contact those students via email with the sign up genius.
- Individual google forms will be created for each suggested funds recommendation, after the costs have been researched.
- Students will be given one week to respond to each funding request. All funding requests will be addressed by Vi Sankarlingham, the Student Executive Board Reading Fund-a-thon Treasurer.
